How it all started
When I first started dating my partner, I was surprised at how many assumptions I'd absorbed without even noticing. It took time to realise the real challenges weren't about age itself – they were about other people's reactions and figuring out how to plan a shared future across different life stages.
Those experiences shaped how I write now. I wanted to create the resource I wished I'd had back then – something that talks honestly about what an age gap relationship actually looks like day to day.
